When our Sony 60” LCD broke down, we were concerned about not only the cost of the repair, but the cost of a home service call. We spoke with the owner, Jim’s Tv & Stereo, he asked what the problem with the set was, and then gave us an extremely reasonable quote, and came that day and repaired our Sony 60 set. There were no surprise costs, and he repaired the TV, including Service Call and parts for the quoted price. It was a pleasure to find such an honest and knowledgeable Experienced technician. Jim gave me same day service on a Saturday repairing my Samsung LCD TV in my home. Was honest from the get-go about how long he thought it might take. what it would cost. Have me an educated guess on the phone as well as explaining he wouldn't know for sure until he saw the TV. He was very nice, professional and honest. I hope my TV doesn't go out again anytime soon but if it does I'll definitely call Jim back.

My husband searched Google to help us find a reliable TV repair service. We contacted Jim’s Tv &Stereo and made an appt. for next day. He was right on time!!! My projection TV was down and I didn't know if it was worth it to fix or buy a new one... Jim not only repaired it, but explained a lot about the quality of the TV's you buy, what to look out for etc... In a short time, we were watching our TV again and he even took the time to make adjustments to the color balance, picture quality etc... The picture looked even better than before.!! Our Panasonic had been slowly having problems for few months. Cycling on and off, making this horrible shrieking sound, green wavy lines. Today, it took 2 days to have both a picture and sound. I was ready to go out and buy a new TV. I'm so glad I didn't! Jim’s Tv & Stereo,was all it took to have a like-new TV! Well, the time, money and taking it to the right person. Jim was amazing. He said bring it in, I think I know what's wrong with it and I already have the parts to repair it, he had it apart and diagnosed. In two days, get back to the shop, it was fixed. . Now, I can turn on my TV and it works. No waiting. No hassle. No loud high pitched noise. Fast. Honest. No run around. Worth every penny. Five stars aren't enough. If you're on the fence about repairing or replacing your TV take it to Jim’s Tv . The hardest part of the whole process was finding the shop.

One great service ! – When my Philips plasma 60" TV started to show double image I called Jim’s Tv & Stereo Service. Their friendly Techs called me to set-up an appointment to check the TV for me in two days. The repaired man came and tolled me that he had to pick up the TV and repaired has to be done in his shop. found it was normal for service center to remove a TV from a customers home for repaired. Next Monday they called and tolled me they had to order the power supply for my TV and will be fixed and delivered on Thursday. Jim’s Tv delivered the TV on Thursday and I am very happy with their timely service. I am 62 years old and have had a few bad experiences with other services. But Jim’s Tv is definitely a good professional service I would return.

My SX850 Pioneer was noise an crackle in every mode. Jim at Vintageturntable repair and did a restoration for me, that came out crystal clear! And after 2 weeks of playing some my records one channel, left I believe on phono went popping sound , talk to Jim about it and said bring back in. He the ordinal transistors on left CH were bad, He replace both channel for me, at know charge. I will tell other about them, Thanks Jim, great work!
